Our Story
A Family Tradition Since 2000
We are family owned & operated since we were founded by the late Syrja Topciu (Sam) and his family back in 2000. Our late father was in the food business for 50 years. His love of food & feeding others has been passed down to his family who continues to keep his legacy alive through operating Country Corner.
Everything is made fresh to order on the premises using locally sourced fresh produce, organic & grass fed beef and poultry, and fresh wild caught seafood. Cooking is prepared by the owners & staff fresh each day.
Country Corner is known throughout the Bethany area for its oversized, overstuffed menu and friendly, family-oriented service. As one patron said: "Every dish teems with homemade deliciousness and the generous portions will leave you well satisfied but not overstuffed!"
